Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns or exchanges on apparel and accessories within 15 days of delivery (except for items listed as final sale, this includes all items that are discounted), and as long as items have not been worn/washed and remain in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We reserve the right to decide whether an item is eligible for a full or partial refund based on the item's condition when received. Store credit may also be given instead of a full refund. Please note that we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on any international orders for any reason. If you received an item that was defective or damaged, please reach out via the contact form!
All orders generally ship within 2-4 business days of order placement. Processing time may be extended during peak holiday season. Once a shipping label is created for your order, you'll receive an email confirming your shipment along with a tracking number. Please note, due to so many variables being out of our control, once your order leaves our warehouse we cannot be held responsible for items lost or stolen during transit, and those orders cannot be replaced or refunded. If you are experiencing a potential issue or delay with your order delivery, please contact your local post office or the carrier for the service you requested at checkout for more information.
I put the wrong shipping address!!
If you made a mistake in your shipping address contact customer support immediately to have it changed. There's nothing we can do once an order has already been shipped out. All shipping fees are paid directly to carriers and we do not get these fees back even if a delivery fails.
My package was marked delivered but I don't see it?
There's nothing we can do once a package is marked delivered. It's very common for USPS to mark a package as delivered a day or two before it's actually delivered, so this may be the case.
When are you restocking ___?
If an item is out of stock you can sign up for an email alert when it is restocked on the product page. You can also follow the instagram for the most recent alerts about any restocks. Some items are not restocked.
Do you ship internationally?
We are currently only shipping to the US and Canada. International shipping has been too unreliable in the past with orders going missing.
Please be aware though, that international shipments have an estimated transit time of 7-21 days, and can often take longer depending on the destination and carrier service. Tracking will be provided by the carrier, but once it arrives in your country it is then up to your local postal carrier to provide additional tracking, so details will likely be limited or unreliable during transit.
All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as determined by the respective country of acceptance, and any additional customs fees are the responsibility of you, the buyer. Customs fees cannot be determined in advance and are not covered in the price of international shipping. Once your order leaves our warehouse we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in international transit. Packages lost in international transit cannot be replaced or refunded. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any international orders.
Why am I being asked to pay extra fees in order to get my package?
International orders are subject to your country's tax and duty fees. These are outside of our control and you have to pay them in order to receive your package.
Why is international shipping so expensive?
We do not control the price of shipping. These rates are determined by the mail carriers. We'd lower it if we could!
